Patient-Centered Insights on Treatment Adherence and Social Determinants of Health

Overview

Individuals with ADPKD, of all ages, in the United States, are invited to participate in the online Patient-Centered Insights on Treatment Adherence and Social Determinants of Health study run by the PKD Foundation Research Team. This study is approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and ensures that your personal health information (PHI) is kept private and confidential.

We’re inviting individuals with ADPKD to share their experiences to help us better understand what social determinants of health factors affect treatment adherence. We will collect this information through the ADPKD Registry and through social media platforms.

Participation

This is an online study that can be completed from the comfort of your home. The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

    • If you choose to participate through social media, your information will be de-identified and stored in the Survey Monkey platform.
